Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• violate law or the rights of another person;
• harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or deceive another person;
• upload or share unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or malicious content;
• probe, scan, attack, overload, disrupt, or bypass security or access controls;
• introduce malware or use the service to distribute spam or phishing;
• scrape, crawl, copy, or extract the database or original artwork at scale without written permission;
• reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits;
• resell accounts, share sign-in links, or use automated means to create accounts;
• misrepresent generated content as an official statement of the Catholic Church or Serverbin; or
• use shared-study links to expose private information without authorization.

Reasonable personal use

Ordinary reading, quotation, classroom discussion, parish study, linking, and personal sharing are welcome when they respect applicable rights and do not reproduce a substantial part of Saint Bible’s original collection or interface.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, rate-limit traffic, suspend features, or terminate access when reasonably necessary. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law or needed to protect people, rights, and service integrity.

Reporting

During a live gathering, use the Safety control on a participant’s video tile to report their conduct or block and disconnect from them. Reports go to a restricted moderation queue; blocking takes effect on the call connection. You can leave a gathering immediately if you feel unsafe. For a concern after the call, suspected abuse elsewhere in the app, or infringement, contact sebastian@serverbin.io with the relevant page or gathering details and enough information for us to evaluate it. Do not send call recordings or sensitive information unless our team specifically requests it through a secure process. Saint Bible does not continuously watch or analyze private call media.
