Membership & Subscription Agreement

Operator and agreement

Your agreement is with Serverbin, Inc., at 5830 Granite Parkway, Suite 333, Plano, TX 75024-6771. Account creation requires review and affirmative acceptance of this Agreement, the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Purchasing Plus requires a separate affirmative checkout authorization; creating an account, starting a Program or accepting an invitation never authorizes a charge.

Free and Plus access

Free provides Bible reading and Daily Readings. Plus adds narrated Scripture, Meditate, the complete Saints collection, guided Programs and novenas, study tools, Rosary experiences and Family Group hosting. A signed-in Free member may join an invited gathering. Access is personal to your account and usable on your supported devices; do not share credentials or resell access.

Monthly and annual paid Plus

Choose US $9.99 billed monthly or US $83.99 billed annually, plus applicable taxes disclosed before payment. Annual Plus saves $35.89, approximately 30%, compared with 12 monthly payments totaling $119.88. The annual charge is paid upfront; any monthly equivalent is an illustration, not a monthly installment plan. Both paid plans include the same Plus features.

You authorize the payment processor to charge the displayed total initially and automatically at the selected monthly or annual cadence until canceled. Cancellation stops the next renewal, not payment for the current period. Any discount, tax or first-charge amount must be shown before authorization. We do not offer an undisclosed free trial. Payment details are handled by the checkout provider, not stored as full card numbers by Saint Bible. Failed payments may suspend paid access; we do not treat opening checkout as a completed purchase.

Cancellation and refunds

Open Reader Profile → Membership to cancel renewal or manage billing. Cancellation normally leaves Plus available through the paid period and then returns the account to Free. You may also contact sebastian@serverbin.io for billing assistance. Turning off reminders, leaving a Program, uninstalling the app or signing out does not cancel a subscription. Account deletion cancels the associated web subscription before removing your account data.

Payments are ordinarily nonrefundable and unused portions are not prorated, except where law requires otherwise or we approve a refund for a billing error or service issue. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal and consumer remedies are not waived. We will honor mandatory local rights; contact us promptly for assistance. Purchase and receipt details identify your payment provider and cancellation route.

One-year complimentary Plus

An invitation marked one free year grants Plus for one calendar year from acceptance by the invited, verified email account. The invitation itself expires in two days and is single-use. No payment method is collected, no subscription is created and no automatic charge or renewal occurs at expiry. The account then returns to Free unless it has another valid grant or you separately purchase Plus. An invitation is not transferable to another email or account.

Free lifetime Plus

Existing enrolled members grandfathered at the paid launch and recipients of an explicitly lifetime invitation receive Plus without a membership fee for the lifetime of the Saint Bible Plus service. No payment method, paid subscription or renewal is required. “Lifetime” is not a promise that Serverbin or every current feature will operate forever. Changes to prices for new members do not convert this grant into a charge. Account deletion ends that account’s grant. Access can be suspended for a material Terms violation or a legal requirement, not merely because pricing changes.

Software license and ownership

For all membership types, Serverbin grants a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the supported software and included content for reading, study, prayer and ordinary permitted sharing during your access period. This is access, not ownership of our software, original artwork, narration or databases. Public-domain Scripture rights remain unaffected. You retain your original notes and grant only the processing rights described in our Terms. No resale, mass extraction, credential sharing or bypass of access controls is permitted, except where law expressly protects an activity.

Programs and reminders

Joining a Program tracks progress; it is not a separate paid subscription. Profile → Reminders controls service reminders without changing membership. Marketing choices remain separate and optional. Leaving a Program after confirmation deletes its enrollment and completed-day progress, not your separate notes or highlights.

Data use and live family gatherings

We process contact details, verified account status, membership and billing references, agreement version and time, saved studies, Program progress, preferences and operational activity as described in our Privacy Policy. Reading and prayer activity can reveal religious interests; do not share sensitive notes or family information unintentionally. Membership acceptance is not permission to sell data, send marketing, record calls or use family media for AI training.

Live gatherings are invitation-based and use WebRTC. Participants can receive the audio/video you deliberately enable; connection services may process network addresses and technical signals. Saint Bible does not record or store call audio/video. Participants may record outside the app, so no promise can prevent their independent recording. Do not record, capture or distribute another participant without lawful consent. Keep underage participants under a responsible adult’s supervision, never disclose another person’s private details, leave an unsafe gathering and report concerns to our published support address. Camera, microphone, reminders and marketing are not mandatory to read the Bible.

Changes, availability and consumer rights

We may correct content and evolve features. Material changes to recurring price or billing require advance notice and any consent required by law. Free and complimentary access is not silently converted to paid. Nothing limits nonwaivable consumer rights or replaces the Terms governing acceptable use, account security, liability and termination.
