Email & Text Communications

Verification email

When you request an account or sign-in link, we send a transactional email needed to verify and access the account. When you request account deletion, we send a separate verification code to your existing account email. These messages are not marketing and cannot be disabled while using these verification flows. If you did not request a link or deletion code, do not share it; you may ignore the message.

Reminder email

When you turn on Reminders in your profile, you may receive one daily reading or Program reminder email. If you have an active, incomplete guided Program, that email points to its next day. Otherwise it invites you to read Scripture, spend time with the Saints, or pray. Family Group scheduling can also generate session-update emails when relevant; direct invitations are separate. Use the profile master switch or the unsubscribe link in a daily reminder to turn off optional reminders. Your saved progress remains after reminders are disabled. Offers and promotional email require separate consent.

Marketing email

You may choose Saint Bible program news, new-feature announcements, and offers by email in profile → Updates & offers. This choice starts off and is separate from necessary account messages, Program reminders, and text offers. Declining or withdrawing does not affect account access. No campaign is sent merely because a preference is saved.

Marketing emails must identify Serverbin, Inc. and Saint Bible, use truthful sender information and subjects, identify advertising as required, include our postal address, and provide an easy unsubscribe method that does not require sign-in or payment. Opt-out requests are honored promptly and no later than the applicable legal deadline; for U.S. commercial email, within 10 business days. Changing the profile email offer choice to No thanks also withdraws permission.

Text messages and phone numbers

Text offers are a separate, optional choice in profile → Updates & offers. By choosing Yes and saving, you agree to recurring automated Saint Bible program news and offer texts at the number shown. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required for account access or purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or change the text offer choice to No thanks in your profile. Email permission does not authorize text offers, and text permission does not authorize email offers.

Saint Bible does not currently send SMS campaigns. Before sending texts, we must confirm the number, complete provider/carrier registration, retain consent evidence, provide enrollment confirmation and support instructions, and implement STOP/HELP and suppression handling. Requested non-marketing text reminders or verification messages require their own appropriate enrollment; an account or offer preference is not blanket permission for every text subject. Fresh consent is required when the number, sender, or subject changes as applicable.

Future SMS commands

For any future Saint Bible text program, replying STOP will request cancellation and HELP will request assistance, subject to the instructions supplied at enrollment. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messages are not monitored as an emergency service.

Contact preferences

You can save or withdraw email and text offer choices independently in your profile. Withdrawal stops affected future marketing and does not delete your account or Program progress. Necessary non-promotional account messages remain separate; the Reminders master switch controls requested reminder email and local device alerts together, subject to iOS permission.

We retain dated evidence of choices and the disclosure shown, and honor suppression before any future campaign. We do not sell, rent, or share phone numbers or messaging opt-in information with third parties for their marketing; providers process them only to deliver our service. Records stay with the account and are removed on account deletion, except where a specific legal obligation requires retention.
